SHIPPING POLICY:

If the total weight of your order exceeds the maximum shipping weight (70 lbs USPS and 150 UPS); you may need contact customerservice@survivormall.com for shipping rates and assistance. We do not offer free shipping on any order.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-10 business days.

Please Note: Effective July 1, 2008:

Due to issues with unexpected landing costs, orders shipped outside of the USA will be sent USPS Priority, or USPS First Class only until further notice.

Tracking numbers WILL NOT be provided for orders outside of the USA.

RETURNS:

Here at SurvivorMall.com we strive to do our best with every order. However, if there is an error on your order please accept our sincere apologies. Contact us upon receipt and we'll do our best to correct it.

If you receive a damaged item, or if you receive an item that is different than what you have ordered, we will replace that item as quickly as possible. Order discrepancies must be addressed within 30 days of receipt of the order, and refunds will be issued only in certain cases. Outside of these exceptions, this is an all-sales-final online store.
